This privacy policy applies to the Witch AI app ("Application") for mobile devices created by Tayyip GUZEL ("Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit and the time spent on those pages
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Location Data Usage
The Application collects approximate location data for the following purposes:
- Geolocation Services: Personalized content and location-based features.
- Analytics & Improvements: Aggregated data for analyzing trends and improving the Application.
- Third-Party Services: Anonymous data shared with external services to enhance offerings.
Contact & Personal Data
The Service Provider may use your information to contact you with important updates and promotions. Some personally identifiable information, such as email, may be required for certain functionalities.
Face Data Collection and Use
Our app does not directly collect or store face data from the user. However, certain AI services, such as "Face to Sticker," require the user to upload an image from their device’s gallery. If the uploaded image contains a face, it may be processed by the third-party AI model provided by Replicate to generate the requested output.
The face data, if present in the uploaded image, is used exclusively for processing that specific AI service. It is not used for any other purpose such as user identification, profiling, facial recognition, or advertising.
The face data is shared only with Replicate for AI processing purposes and is temporarily stored on Replicate’s servers. According to Replicate’s privacy policy, all input and output data — including any face data — are automatically deleted within one hour after the prediction is completed. Our app does not store or retain any face data locally or on its own servers.
Third-Party Access
Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with third parties for Application improvements. Below are the privacy policies of third-party services used:
Data Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose collected information:
- As required by law, including legal subpoenas
- To protect rights, safety, prevent fraud, or comply with government requests
- With trusted service providers who adhere to privacy standards
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application through standard uninstall procedures on your mobile device.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data as long as you use the Application. To request data deletion, contact info@witchai.app.
For face data, as processed by Replicate, all input and output data is automatically deleted within one hour of the prediction completion, per Replicate’s retention policy.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for users under 13 years old, and no personal data is knowingly collected from children.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
Security
The Service Provider implements safeguards to protect your data, including physical, electronic, and procedural security measures.
Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Application constitutes agreement with the updated policy.
